 Ronda Higgins Thornton is an Atlanta based attorney who specializes in employment matters. She is a graduate of both Spelman College and the University of Georgia School of Law. She has previously worked for the Atlanta District Office of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, performing case evaluations and identifying cases for legal representation by the EEOC. Later, she accepted a position as an Attorney and EEO Advisor with the Small Business Administration. Currently she works on a consultant basis, providing advice to employees as well as compliance and policy information to businesses throughout the US. She believes in ensuring equal and just treatment in the workplace and her passion is to provide employees and employers alike with much needed information regarding workplace fairness. Ms. Higgins Thornton’s other interests include being a foodie and avid supporter of international human rights.
